Bazaro.com.pk delivers products across Pakistan. We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–5 working days

• Other Cities & Areas: 3–7 working days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, product, and applicable courier charges.

The applicable shipping fee, if any, will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Free delivery may be available on selected products, promotions, or locations.

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery

Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered as a payment option.

Customers are expected to provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive their confirmed orders.

5. Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver an order because:

• The customer is unavailable

• The provided address is incorrect or incomplete

• The customer cannot be contacted

• The customer refuses to receive a confirmed order

• The delivery location is inaccessible

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply where applicable.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, road conditions, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Bazaro.com.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name

• Mobile number

• Complete delivery address

• City

• Any other information required for successful delivery

Bazaro.com.pk will not be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
